On our webshop you can find a large part of our currently available collection, the full range in-store is slightly bigger. Using the filters ‘brands’, ‘category’ and ‘sizes’, you can search within your favorite brand(s), select the desired category, and view the items available in your size.

We make sure your order arrives quickly and carefully!

Shipping costs

Belgium, the Netherlands & Luxembourg: Free shipping from €60. For orders under €60, we charge €6 shipping costs.
Germany & France: fixed shipping cost: €10
Other EU countries: fixed shipping cost: €20

Delivery time

Orders placed on working days before 4 PM are shipped the same day. We work with reliable partners such as Bpost, so you can receive your package quickly and safely!

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Nog quite what you expected? No problem!

Right of withdrawal - 14 days reflection period

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. This can be done without giving any reason. The conditions for withdrawal can be found in Article 7 of our General Terms & Conditions

How do I register a return?

Please let us know which items you would like to return by email:

Clearly mention in your email which items you wish to return, along with you name and purchase date.

How do I send my package back?

Drop it off in our store
Send it back by post to: Vanhoof Dameskleding, Rijksweg 416, 3650 Dilsen-Stokkem (Belgium)

Please pack everything neatly as you received it, including:

All accessories
Original labels & hangtags (items may be tried on, but not worn)

Need a return label?

We can email you a prepaid Bpost return label.

Print the label, attach it to the package and drop it off at a parcel point.
The cost of the label (€6.00 for Belgium, €7.50 for the Netherlands & Luxembourg) will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method used for your order.

⚠️ Returns made after 14 days or worn items unfortunately cannot be accepted.

SIZE GUIDE

When searching by size, please keep in mind that different brands use different size scales. Some brands use the 34-52 size range, others XS-XXXL, and the brand Batida uses a scale from 1-7. However you can select multiple equivalent sizes - for example size M, size 38 and size 2.
