This declaration describes how we gather your personal information and how we manage these data.

As such, we explain where your data is stored and for which purposes your data are being stored. Furthermore, you will also find your rights regarding your peronsal data and how you can use these rights.

Vanhoof Dameskleding uses personal data for a justified commercial purpose. Your data will never be sold to third parties. The data we ask you to complete and transfer are the minimal data we need to offer and execute the services we provide. Your e-mail is needed for sending our news letters in case you registerded for this. Without storing your e-mail address, we cannot offer this service.

1.     Purpose of data

A.     Sending of news letters

Vanhoof Dameskleding sends news letters by e-mail. These news letters are partially meant to inform customers and are partially for commercial purpose. Your name, surname and e-mail address are gathered through the inscription form on our website. In our physical store, we also collect e-mail addresses for our newsletter manually.

B.     Taking contact

By completing the contact form on our website, your data, name, address and e-mail address are being collected.

C.     Placing orders in our on line shop

When you place an order in our online shop, we ask your name, e-mail address, home address and phone number. These data are used only to confirm the order by e-mail, to be able to contact you by phone when necessary and to ship the order to your home address.

D.     When ordering our gift card

When you order our gift card on our website, we receive your name and e-mail address. We need this to contact you and to send the digital gift card.

E.     Analytics/ Marketing

Google analytics collects anonymous data with reference to the visits on our website. Google analytics collects data such as which pages are being visited, the length of time of your visit. IP addresses are being anonymized by Google Analytics according to the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation Act.

2.     Receivers

All data which we collect and process for our news letters are being managed with Mailpoet. News letters are sent with Mailpoet. When you register on our website for our newsletter, your name and e-mail address are being stored automatically in the respective list in Mailpoet. We host a back-up of the website with Managewp. All the data which you leave on our website is being stored here as well. The website is hosted on one.com which also stores the same data.

3.     Duration of storage

Vanhoof Dameskleding stores your data for a longer period, but never longer than necessary, unless we are obliged to do so by legal regulations.In order to send our news letters, your name and e-mail address are stored in Mailpoet for an indefinite time.You can unsubscribe at any time you want by using the link at the bottom of our news letters or by sending an e-mail to info@vanhoofdameskleding.be. The data which Google Analytics collects on our website are anonymous and as such not linked to your name, company or e-mail address. Google Analytics collects these data for an indefinite period of time.

4.     Security

We do not make physical copies of your personal data.Your data are only managed in the previously mentioned systems and software. The personal data which Vanhoof Dameskleding or previously mentioned third parties manage, are only accessible through previously mentioned software and the access is secured with a password.

Furthermore, your visit to our website is secured with an SSL certificate. This means that your connection with the website of Vanhoof Dameskleding is private.

5.     Your rights

You have the right at any time to ask for your personal data which are stored and kept with Vanhoof Dameskleding. You can do this by sending us an e-mail or by contacting us by phone.We will then send you a list with your personal data. Are your data incorrect or not up to date ? You have the right to have this rectified by Vanhoof Dameskleding. As for your data for the news letter, you can modify this through the link at the bottom of each e-mail. If you don’t want us to store your data any longer, you have the right to have your data erased.
